There are many benefits associated with IMBA membership. IMBA was founded specifically to support the business, educational and advocacy needs of the mortgage brokerage community, and has become the voice that solely represents the industry in the province of Ontario.

Key benefits of being part of the Association are:

A number of networking events that provide the broker community to develop relationships and contact with colleagues and third party providers. Major networking events include SummerFest, WinterFest and the Annual Conference. IMBA Members receive discounted rates to all IMBA events.
On-going education and career development resources. IMBA provides a full schedule of courses and symposiums that are designed to support the educational and career development needs of the broker community.
Members can earn IMBA’s broker and agent designations - CPMB/CPMA. These professional designations provide brokers and agents with a recognized certification that validates their commitment to the profession.
